My name is Kodi Schwarz and this is my seventh year teaching Kindergarten at Ten Sleep School. 

 

My family has a third-generation cattle ranch 20 miles South of Ten Sleep, so I have spent the vast majority of my life in this little town. I graduated from Ten Sleep High School in 2012 and moved to pursue my dream of a career in Elementary Education. In 2015, I graduated with my BA from Chadron State and am currently working on my National Board Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist and living out my dream as the kindergarten teacher in the most supportive community that I know. 

 

When I am not in the classroom, I can usually be found with my husband and two little boys, who are the center of our world. I am the high school track coach, a volunteer EMT on Ten Sleep's Ambulance Crew, and spend as much time as possible working outside with my husband and little ones.

 

Teaching is my passion and I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day.
